2022.4.26始 OneNote for Windows 10 出现大面积同步故障，要求登录，错误代码：0xE0000024 de2nn 40001
从2022年4月26日开始，很多 OneNote 用户报告，说 OneNote for Windows 10 无法同步：

it just started happening today, I tried everything to get it working. I can edit my notebooks on the web but it's kinda wack. When I try to sync my notebooks on the OneNote app on my laptop, it says I don't have permissions. I've used OneNote for some time now and have NOT made any type of permission changes like the error states. I edit my own notebooks and no others.
